In addition, enjoy any of your local standard FM broadcasts using the built-in FM tuner with RDS. Or upload your favorite Internet station using Sangean WFT-1’s “My Station” feature allowing quick and easy future access. The Sangean WFT-1 offers the ultimate way to add Internet radio to your existing home stereo or home theater setup.

Wireless Internet Radio

You no longer need to be glued to your computer to access your favorite Internet station, nor do you even have to have your computer on. All you need is a broadband Internet connection and a wired or wireless router. Add to your listening pleasure by creating your own Digital Music Library with 20 preset stations.

Stream Music from PC, Mac, or USB

The WFT-1 can connect to your home network to stream audio content from your PC or Mac. The WFT-1 supports MP3, WMA, AAC+ and Real Audio files. In addition, it can connect to Windows Shares and UPnP devices if your music is stored on a network-attached storage (NAS) device.

In addition, the WFT-1 features a USB port to play music off of a USB thumb stick or flash drive.

Attractive Styling for Your Home Entertainment System

The cabinet of the WFT-1 is attractively styled to match most home theater systems. Simply plug it in to a power outlet, connect the outputs, and you’re ready to connect to your home wireless network and enjoy Internet radio through your home entertainment system. Connect Wired or Wirelessly

The Sangean WFT-1 Internet radio can connect to your home broadband network via the built-in Ethernet port or via Wi-Fi. The Wi-Fi antenna supports 802.11b/g networks and supports WEP and WPA (TKIP) encryption.

Alarm Timer

While the WFT-1 works great in any room, an alarm and a sleep timer make the WFT-1 ideal for bedroom stereo setups. Choose to wake to the FM tuner, your favorite Internet radio station, or a buzzer.

Remote Control Included
